Yes they do, one of the guys helped me with my groupon tickets, he was really nice.
I tried every menu option, called 10 times within 2 days, and left 3 messages. No response! It seems impossible to contact them. :(

Having the same issue!
When we called no one answered but went anyway. Had to wait for the next session since it was sold out but it was worth it and the kids had a blast.
When I was there they were short staffed and really busy. Do you have a question we can answer for you?
