You will pay top dollar for any Safeway product that isnt food. I would recommend Walgreens for reasonably priced hair dye. They are usually located within a quarter mile of most Safeways.
Yes there are hair dyes never tried them. But they are expensive. So can't say for sure if the price is good or not for the product.
