I dont understand why the only produce scale they have, they put somewhere where there is no produce and you habe to walk back and forth if you are weighing items for instacart.

Just moved to the area. I've always loved Fred Meyer. Not this one. I eat all organic and gluten free. At this location those products are integrated throughout the store. I won't be back. I'll go the extra mile to Natural Grocers. Waste of a lot of time. 2 hours, in what usually takes me 30 - 40 minutes.

I am a regular shopper here, but this experience will make me not return. I have 2 kids under 2. I use the store pickup option often but each time I didn't pick up an order I call ahead or say I'm coming the next day. Each time I speak to a representative they say that's fine but still cancel my order although the employee from store pickup has agreed to hold it a few more hours. This time, I placed an order, and recieved a call 1 hour before pickup. I was in the shower and didn't answer. The voicemail said theyre cancelling my order in 15 minutes because i have not picked them up in the past. 4 minutes after that call I see my order was cancelled. I called back and got hung up on. I have had several surgeries over the last 3 months and this service helped me in ways you cannot imagine. I literally cannot stand longer than 10 minutes, so this option allowed me to get items I can't walk around for. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of phone etiquette, disrespect, employee judgment, impatience, policy misuse, and general employee turnover. The employee was extremely close minded and genuinely rude. I am hurt and genuinely disappointed with this stores professionalism, or lack thereof. I spend thousands here all the time. Not anymore. Reminder: you don't know what someone is going through.

The bakery department is wonderful! I had a same-day last minute cake order and they were so kind and accommodating even though they were already very busy with orders. They even bumped up the time I needed it by. The cake was delicious! Chocolate with strawberry filling and buttercream frosting. Several of our birthday guests said it was they best cake they'd ever had. Several parents complimented on it too. My son was so excited to see it, it was perfect! Thank you so much for taking great care of us! I will definitely buy cake from here again!
