This makes me wonder if you were upset with the service and the rudeness of the waitress, why didn't you say something to management while you were in the restaurant. Complaining and sniveling about something after the fact won't get anything accomplished.
We had a pretty bad experience mid February (11th) with getting seated properly. I assume it may have been the same host. Long story short seated us In the lounge even though we had a minor kicked us out of the lounge. Then made us wait again. Told the waitress we were in a rush she did her best but had a twenty minute gap between first meal served and last had to take it to go.
On the contrary we were there February 14 and had the best waiter and service . the waiter was so gracious, he made the trip from Tacoma worth it.
