I booked 2 rooms last week everything was fine I went on a cruise leaving out of Seattle.. I booked another 2 rooms for my return I returned and they only had 1.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the desk before and after check out so we could explore Seattle. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and helpful. One even recommended a great bbq restaurant to eat at! The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Our remote to TV wasn't working. My husband went to front desk and she gave him a different one. She was really nice. Also while there a customer was being ugly to the front desk girl. The girl handled the matter in such a calm professional way. Way to go girl. I was getting angry for her. We definitely will recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here a few times now, overall experiences were positive. The hotel itself is nice and clean. There are a few places to eat within walking distance, and easy enough ways to get downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful, overall good experience and would recommend.

I have a bad experience with the hotel front desk never calling me back with friendly reminders or never knocked my room to let me know that shuttle is ready for me when I told them the appointment was at 12:30 pm due I have departure the airport at 2:05 pm. I'm very disappointed with their stink customer service and never assist with my disability and being late my departure which I have to reschedule mine airport. It's unacceptable! I never return ever again! However, I enjoy staying in this hotel with a neat and comfortable room.
