Every body in this store was absolutely 5 stars wonderful, I was treated with respect and given the space to shop, no pushy sales people here which is really nice, they have high quality merchandise with high quality personnel. Please do not pay any attention to the people that leave bad reviews. It's really to bad there are so many haters out there that will purposely smear the reputation of a great store because they don't agree politically. I prefer to shop and purchase merchandise from people that love America 🇺🇸. Thank-you Vanessa for running a great store and being the backbone to small businesses throughout Florida.

Mercury Spilling

I have visited this shop a number of times. The service is awful, I'm not sure how they've remained in business. The prices are, well, in line if you are in the elite of Sarasota. I also heard Vanessa is handing out COVID-19 vaccination VIP designations to anyone that spends $10k or more during a visit. It's just a rumor, but after seeing all the recent news about her designating herself and friends as VIP's for the vaccine roll out I personally believe she might be doing this very thing. Sorry, I got off on a tangent due to her involvement in steering vaccines to friends and family in the wealthiest parts of Bradenton. Anyway, like I was saying, this shop is OK if you're just burning time waiting on a movie (still closed, sadly) but I wouldn't recommend buying anything and supporting her in any way. And before it pops up here that I'm not a customer, I absolutely was (and never will be again). This will be accused to be a political attack on Vanessa. It isn't political, it's simply stating she prioritizes other humans based on income and color. That's an attack on her character, not her politics. I'll spend my money where decent human beings are in charge, thank you. EDIT: So by YOUR LOGIC, it's OK for your owner to be a complete scumbag politically, but people should look the other way if said owner is a complete scumbag politically (or ANY reason)? First, that's convenient. Second, a business owned by a scumbag is not immune to public opinion. Another thing, being in politics is being a public servant, FOR THE PEOPLE YOU SERVE, NOT YOURSELF AND FRIENDS. Anyone that would prioritize 3k people in their hand selected zip codes, in the wealthiest part of town with 100k+ income, that fall to a white demographic AND heavily your political affiliation, then put THEMSELF AND FRIENDS on a VIP list, cutting 140k other people aged 65+ ALREADY ON A WAITING LIST for a COVID-19 vaccination, smells like rotten fish. Lastly, I was a customer. I'm happy to present ANY evidence of such to the fine folks of Google. Perhaps then I can carry a 'certified customer' of Vanessa badge on my review. Now, for emphasis, ANY time this shop has more than A customer wanting attention in it, there is none. It's typically one person in the shop that has little to no ability to multitask and help more than one customer. Further, as stated, I was a customer and found this store to be undesirable. In addition, I think the character of an owner is fair game for a review. Vanessa is scrambling and using politics as cover for her despicable behavior in the community, as noted by many others here. Shoppers should be able to make up their minds who they do business with. Vanessa's character is deplorable and is someone many decent people will choose that they'd rather not do business with. Being a decent and respectful human being has nothing to do with politics, though she has used her political position for personal gain for herself and that of her friends. As another reviewer stated, simply google her name and judge for yourself.

Lovely store! I had my engagement ring resized and they were so kind and fast! I looked at engagement rings while I waited and plan on going back. If you are looking for fine jewelry, don't skip this place!

My husband came in to have a bracelet repaired for me. It was special to me since it was a gift from my late mother and I was beside myself that it was broken. While he was there he picked out another beautiful bracelet again reminiscent of another piece of my mother’s. He was so excited to give it to me for Christmas but unfortunately it was too small. Being an estate piece we weren’t quite sure how they were going to enlarge it while keeping the classic esthetic. Not only did they enlarge it but gave it a custom link that looks seamless and elegant. They didn’t even charge for the repair or the additional links. I couldn’t be happier and they will be my go-to for beautiful pieces from here on out! Thank you for making my Christmas so special!! If you want quality, value and service this is the jewelry store for you!
