Do they answer the phone? No. Do they return your calls after leaving a message 2-3 times? No. How about the office off US 41? Same deal. Lucky we didn't board our pups with this place. Let's blame COVID-19 for our lack of actually doing anything. Or, the supply chain. Or, just plain laziness.

Bayside Pet Resort is the only place I’ll ever leave my doodle Luna at when going on vacation! They take amazing care of her and I never have to worry. The staff is great and very nice, plus they have cameras which is a perk. The facility is exceptionally clean as well. This is the only boarding and daycare place in the area Luna enjoys and it is the absolute best.

I prefer this facility over all others within a reasonable distance from my home. I like the idea that my pet has her own space with a Lanai, even for a day-stay. The only challenge, which may be due to staffing issues (like most businesses), is getting someone on the phone or at least checking voice messages. That notwithstanding, it appears they take good care of pets, and I've yet to see major complaints, online, as is the case with others near me.

My dogs - Willow & Maple - are truly loved when I bring them to Bayside Pet Resort - and my dogs truly love the love and joy they experience there. Thank you all for what you do!
