A number system wouldn't work that'll generate a very aggressive culture , which is not something that that location would not be good, for disorganized yes it may be but as long as you have a little bit of patience, it'll be fine.
I totally feel you on this, I waited 20 minutes before I got offered help. The worst part was there was only one other customer in the store. Long story short my mom doesn't go here anymore and I left really annoyed.
