The rudest employees. I know help is hard to find these days but come on… you can do better than that Diary Queen. I won’t even bother going anymore the staff is so incredibly rude.

If your hours say drive thru open til 9pm. Cars are in line at 830 . Your employee shuts down the line between half of the cars in line and is rude about it. I understand that the employee doesn't like his job but have some class and a work ethic.

The service is not bad. Always a huge like that takes forever. They are very stingy on the toppings though. Gotta ask for extra like ten times to get a normal amount.

Line is almost always long here. But for good reason, Blizzard's are great. Plus unlike other ice cream places this place sells regular food. Never tried anything other than chicken tenders but I'd go there just for them, the piece of buttered toast they give you, just oddly fits along with the fries.
