Lettuce, tomato and green peppers looked like they had been in the containers for weeks. Lettuce alone is going to make someone seriously sick! Girl working moved it around a bit and the slime at the bottom of the container was horrible. Won’t bother going back again.

Walked in at 6:52 to the rudest person I have ever met, she was just standing there talking to a customer and told me she is closing soon. I said ok would you like to make the store money and earn a paycheck or close. She said close, I walked out and turned around and went back in and asked for the managers or owners number she told me I can leave. I would be furious if I owned the store and employees turned away money. Needless to say I emailed a buddy who owns a Subway in Kent and emailed Subway's head office, this store should be shut down just based off the reviews!

This location is a joke. It closes at 7 PM. how do you expect to get any business when you are closed during dinner hours? This location just needs to shut down permanently. They have horrible service, bad management, and not friendly. I do not recommend this location to ANYONE.

Love the product but a single employee handling app orders and 5 guests at the same time is unreasonable for any human. Kudos to the worker trying to keep it together! To the owner, do the right thing, between the government-funded loans and grants you can afford to hire at least one more person on shift. Went to Panera but wanted a Subway sandwich.
