I have noticed most people get coffee and something else, and they always reheat you food only when you are at the window so it would cause a slight slowing down of the line for each person who ordered a food product like I usually do 1 or 2 breakfast sandwiches and those little egg balls plus a mocha it takes them 2 or 3 minutes to run it threw multipled by cars in front of you equals 16-24 minutes or " a long wait " apposed to the 1 minute it takes to grind out a coffee lickety split. Hope this helps you better understand why it perhaps takes so long also I've noticed people order a lot of food here compared to other locations by 7:30am they have been sold out of items before.
Probably a busy day I usually stop here for a morning coffee and have no complaints about the time
