Horrible customer service. Before i even had a chance to say a word i was Refused service at the walk up window when my work van doesnt fit through their drive way, they then proceeded to invent policy and "oregon state law" about not serving walk up customers. It should be noted that it is now a violation of portland city code to not serve bicycle/walk up customers at a drive thru. The supervisor decided that starbucks has a policy against serving walk up customers and that it supercedes any city ordnance. Starbucks, you letting your employees stifle business and write policy whenever it suits them?

Wouldn't take an order from the walk up window even though they had zero cars in the drive through due to "staffing" I worked at Starbucks for 3 years on a two floor and never turned down customers at the walk up window. This is absolutely ableist against those who cannot drive.

Second Chance, Last Chance. Horrible service, beyond horrible drinks and food. Disgusting. And they will purposely do it to you as well. Watch leaving those honest reviews on delivery apps. They make note and sure will mess with your order next time. Like I said, second chance, last chance. Other locations I've never had issues with. Save yourself the trouble. Litterally. Lol. Eww.
