Have enjoyed the drinks and most of the staff since they opened this location but lately the staff, unlike other black rock locations have started pushing their tablet into your hands in an effort to force a tip. Don’t feel that is the way to try to get a tip. Oh and the tablet is usually dirty. Would think concentrating on customer service as the other locations do instead of pushing for a tip would net better results.

This store doesn’t even deserve a star and honestly wish there was another location closer to me so I didn’t have to continue to cost this one. I love my black rock but this store has a habit of continuously treating their customers less than and you don’t understand definition of customer service Much less just giving a human being the time of day but instead being ignored and when they do speak to you, it always snapping at you and rushing you out as quick as possible. Most of the time with the INCORRECT order!!! #Bringbackthegoodblackrock!!!

I have been wanting more coffee options in the area and was so happy we got a black rock. This location is probably the nicest most friendly one ever! I have been here at least every week since they opened and I can say that everyone is super sweet, always adhering to all your needs, they work as quick as they can while also making you feel special EVERY day. Love this black rock, don't ever change ❤💕🥺🤍
