If you will be doing culinary tasks then you will be in the kitchen mostly and should be less of and issue. The main task will be making lots of bread and pastries. If want to be a Baker then it would be good experience. Apply for a job, the worst that can happen is that particular owner says no. So apply somewhere else.
Almost ANYONE can get s job at Panera. They are franchised and a real grind ...high turnover!!
When your in culinary things like tattoos are not an issue,places like panera they will be..but i will keep looking before i remove a tattoo
Most employers don't like visable tattoos...there are laser tat removal clinics out there... not cheap though

I dont recommend getting a job at any Panera, specially in the LA market. the BTS, and the BMM are all terrible. they will work you like a dog and expect you to be gratefull while they throw you scraps and spit on your work. so no, tattoos are literally the least of your problems.
