The whole experience was disappointing. Server was prompt to greet us and assist with needs, but when it came to getting the check, it took awhile. Food was just gross. My bun on my chicken sandwich came out completely burnt. They replaced the bun.

This place has everything for it, great crisp beer, best server in LA county (Liz) but the management is the worst out there. I was here in January-February and the cellphone reception is really bad in the area. To somehow stay connected and work I rely on WiFi This place didn’t manage in 7 months to reestablish their connection. Broken for 7 months … Best beer and service

My kids and I decided to go have lunch at TGIF and I won’t be coming back. I ordered the Cajun pasta and was very disappointed. It had no flavor, the chicken was over cooked and the pieces of bell pepper were too large. My son ordered chicken tenders which looked stale. Not to mention that their food is overpriced. Service was ok.

Are waiter never came to check up on us once. We asked another waiter for 3 boxes and our bill. It took someone 10 minutes to take our payment. Then we complaint the manager stated our waiter was helping with a bigger party. This was horrible service. I will never come back.
