Last time I went I parked at the intersection of E County Hollow Dr and Arbor Ridge drive. You can also park in the Walnut Ranch Park. Parking is free and unrestricted in both locations but parking in the park does fill up quickly.

As I know, parking in here is recently free, I would try the one deepest near stable
