Short wait times at the drive thru, nice staff. But the management here are kind of jerks. Gave me grief a while back for asking what kind of toy was in the happy meal for my kid.

Was there Sunday 2/27/22 at about 5pm. Had to deal with the rudest, least professional fast food restaurant manager. He provided horrible service and when we said to him that we were going to call his corporate to complain about him, he refused to give us his name and ordered the people who worked with him to not give us our food and then he called the police! We waited to get our food because we had already paid more than $50 for it.. The police came and talked to him and had him give us our food. If it wasn’t for the police, that guy wouldn’t have given us our food.! It was unbelievable! The police had to be there for us to get the food that we had already paid for! I am still shocked by the guy’s behavior! Horrible experience.. to go through such emotional distress for a McDonald’s dinner. And to add insult to the injury. we couldn’t even eat the food when we finally received it because it was cold and saggy! So we threw it in the trash!

I order a McRib and they serve my McRib with a burger bun and folded my McRib meat in half. I complained to the Hispanic manager and he told me " then don't order McRib " instead apologizing for their error. I will never buy at McDonald's.

The quality of the food at McDonald's has been in a steady, slow, painful decline since the mid 90s. Don't know why I still eat here at all.
