David the shift leader dosent know how to run a shift . He takes forever on having somone to take orders in front and today 2 people got their food before mine and I ordered first and simply .he dont say have a good day. He needs to be fixed .

The particular owner of the location usually does respond to any complaints. And does address the issues. The owner is a really nice and cares about his customers.
