Come to this place 3-4 times a week and why is it that my order is wrong 90% of the time? The drive through staff is terrible. They don’t seem to listen when you order and they sounds like your wasting their time and interrupted whatever they were doing. “Can I help you” with an attitude. They then proceeded to take your money without acknowledging you or saying thank you. Same when they hand you your order. They also get upset and stare at you when you check it. Well you get my order wrong 9 out of 10 times so sorry for checking. To Whoever the general manager is I will also be contacting McDonald’s corporate about this and the many issues you can see with the other reviews.

Go to the Tustin location instead because this Chapman location has unfriendly staff, long waits, and lacks customer attentiveness. Waited 20 minutes with only four cars ahead - only for them to say they don't have sweet tea. No apology offered, dropped my change on the ground as she handed to me. Employee didn't care.

This location is a joke. They never get the order correct something is always off. Please triple check ur order. The employees ask friends and family to leave positive reviews because theres too many decent reviews. I'm not exaggerating. Trust this review. U will be disappointed when visiting this location. I hope a top position fixes this location soon

This is a big McDonald's and in deed its clean, plenty of parking and indoor tables. Is very well adapted on the inside with paying kiosks or stations. There coffe is good and like I like it its very hot. 🔥 📛 🔥 * which in my opinion is an A+. what I dislike about this place is because of the lack of good customer service and how warm you get your food. The entrance isn't that hard but good luck getting out of there to drive back west on chapman. Last time I had a very bad experience on the drive thru for the rude attitude of the person getting my order, i felt that she was rushing me as I was ordering to many meals. So I decided to go inside this time instead.
