So I went to go get the new black bean quesarito and I was told that I could only order it online....EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED IT BEFORE THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT ANY ISSUES, THE FEMALE THERE SERIOUSLY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO ORDER IT BECAUSE SHE SAID I COULD ONLY ORDER IT ONLINE, EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD THE MEANS TO MAKE IT JUST FINE! Not sure if she just didn't have enough people working with her in order to make it, or if she and/or her cook didn't know how to make it because it was a limited time item, or what exactly, but it was extremely disappointing, and extremely upsetting.... definitely not happy about that at all taco bell.... not one freaking bit....

Bad service, I ordered 2 hard tacos and 1 soft taco , to go and charged me almost $10dlls, I trust that people and when I came home I found 5 hard tacos😡 ....

Friendly Staff. You'll need to ask an employee to unlock restrooms but in a way that's good because they keep them clean

Uber driver asked to use the restroom. After he told her that he is Uber driver. She told him restroom for customer only. Come on people. Be helpful and support these people.
