They use a service called "Sunbit." Submit runs a soft consumer credit report (does not affect your credit score), then you are offered an amount of credit. How much of it you use is up to you. You make a down payment, then choose how many monthly payments 3,6, or 12with the first payment being the following month. They also accept CareCredit. https://sunbit.com/
Hummm that I know of they don't have payment plans for surgery, you would have to go to a second party for a payment plan. My datsun need it minor surgery and ask them about payment plan and that's what the doctor told me. Hope this helps
