Yes can do either. Appointments are the better way to go otherwise it is first come, first serve based upon the severity.
They will take both. You will just have to wait until there is a break in appointments. You should make an appointment.
You can walkin. But call ahead of time and they can still make a same day appointment depending on availability. This place is great they have great, quick, and honest service.
