If your goal is to get in shape, learn how to defend yourself, while having fun and staying safe, they have a program for that. If your goal is to become an amateur or professional fighter, they have a program for that. Bao is a great coach who knows how to wrestle, box, kickbox, do Jiu Jitsu and coach all of these well while keeping everyone safe. If you are new to the mixed martial arts scene just know that not all gyms are equal. It's worth it to drive a little further to get higher quality and safe training in the long run. Some gyms go too hard, some gyms don't go hard enough, but this gym is one of the rare ones that knows when and how to train so that you are ALWAYS getting better, but not getting injured. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone.

I highly recommend Rounders. I trained bjj there and all the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. All the people are friendly and fun to be around. 5 stars

I joined Rounders with my adult son and have loved it. It was intimidating at first, because of such a close community of good athletes (and tons of real fighters), but everyone was very friendly, welcoming and supportive. There is a wide range of classes and instructors (all awesome) so you can pick and choose based on what you want, and when you want it.. We considered a big brand gym but their schedule focused on workouts, not skill development, and I can do workouts anywhere. We wanted quick skill development and we got it - along with killer workouts at the same time. A handful of private sessions really sped up development and confidence, and I'd recommend these early on if you are new. Maria keeps everything and everyone in check and running smoothly. Boa's positive presence is always felt - even when he's not there. The instructors are excellent educators/communicators and highly skilled in their art. Very impressive place!

I've been a member of Rounders for several years. In that time the gym has only gotten better. We have produced champions in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay thai/Kickboxing, Boxing, and MMA. The gym has seen many improvements as well. It has expanded thr bag area, mat area, and cardio/resistance area. They also have excellent children and junior programs in judo, BJJ, boxing , and kixkboxing/muay thai, wrestling

free trial class for first-time boxers, and then instructors can explain how membership costs work. It varies based on different factors.
They offer free classes to try it out, but warning: once you attend one class you'll be hooked!
I would say it depends on the contract. For a 12 month contract $100/month. If it's boxing only $80. But this was for my child. Could be different for adults.
