Yes Sundays best for the most part or aemi formal

Yes but they will seat you in the bar area if you don't meet the dress code

Yes if you would like to eat in the main dining area no athletic clothes things like that if u would like to eat outside or in the other seating area by the bar it is ok

You can check the website for the dress code but I recommend not wearing basketball short, cut off t-shirt, or sweatpants.

There isn't but it is a fancy restaurant where you should make sure you are wearing appropriate attire. All the servers are professionally dressed uniform with button up long sleeve shirts and slacks. All the people I saw in there were dressy. Me and my friend were in Jeans and dressy shirt. So I would recommend possibly calling ahead of time to make sure about dress code.

My husband and I went into a Ruth's Chris about a year ago and he was wearing basketball shorts. They insisted we sit at the bar but we wanted a table. He didn't know what kind of restaurant it was. But, they did let us eat there. So I guess technically yes, to a point.
