Took 25 min to get a 2 piece kids chicken strip and chicken sandwich..opened my sandwich and it was turkey bacon...lady said we'll bring it out when we get it made....this is NOT how you run a business!!!! F rating from me.

Their ads say they're NOT Fast food, they're FAN food. I'm a loyal blizzard fan! I rarely get meals but got my chicken fingers quickly enough. Almost drove off without it! They get the ice cream right. Sorry for any bad experiences.

I can't ecommend their food at all. I can say they do ice cream right. I feel I get poor to mediocre service at most fast food restaurants. Can't understand why someone who doesn't care about their quality of work thinks they are worth $15/hr!

Have not had this issue normally good service but would not shock me for a fast food chain.

The past times I have been there my orders were right. Must have gone on a bad day with the bad crew.

I had a similar experience, TERRIBLE service. After waiting 20 minutes, I inquired about our order and after discussing it between themselves for 5 more minutes they decided to tell the kitchen to cook our food.
