Not sure, I'm from Texas, last time I ordered burnt-ends, got abundance of fat. Returned for either refund or replace-ment but was surprised they replaced it without discussion giving an honest apology for my inconvenience. This is real customer service, will definitely return when back in KC.
I'd think if you want chopped brisket you'll be better off going to Joe's. LC's is the best burnt ends ANYWHERE. Burnt ends are supposed to be mostly fat and if that isn't what you are looking for, look elsewhere
I know they have brisket ... and knives. Seems like they might be able to get em together for some chopped brisket. But the burnt ends are really outstanding!
Yes they do although I've never had it that way as the cubed burnt ends are my favorite.....
Burnt ends where good for what meat was on em... Allot of fatty pieces though.
