You may have better luck trying Craiglist or let go. I love kc vapes but as ken said no they buy nor sell anything second hand. Love that place though I'm there at least once a week.
No KC smoke and vape does not buy used Vapes I am in that place all the time I know that place well PM me I might know a couple places or a couple of people who might be interested in it
I have a 220w mod that I'm trying to sell with a cloud beast tank on it
I dont think anyone that is a brick and mortar store does, I would try Ebay or craigslist if you're looking to sell a used vape
I honestly don't believe they buy them, not sure of anyone that does, sorry and good luck
