I want so bad to give this place 5 stars, because their staff is so amazing, their prices are reasonable. BUT this is what did it for me.. I got a new vape last night, asked what brands were good. Was suggested a specific brand. Awesome, you hear the input everyday about them, works for me. Pick my flavour. Buy my vape. Check to make sure it works in store. Yes it does. I’ve been vaping since 2015. Never encountered this. My vape stopped working in LESS than 12 hours. Plugged it in, followed the directions, took off after 5 min because regardless what it says I make sure my vape doesn’t fry from overcharge or overheating. Stops working. Give it a little bit, try again, BURNT TO A CRISP. Pretty upset at that point but whatever, I have a backup. As I bought 2 at the same time. Didn’t even work because I only checked ONE before I left. Called when I got off work. Let them know the deal. “Sorry we don’t do replacements on disposable vapes.” Excuse me.. you sold me 2 disfuncional vapes. I’ve never had this happen before ANYWHERE. R&M? Sure, but they always replace it within 24 hours if it defects at it’s a dream. Which is why I stuck with it so long but it’s always out of stock in the flavours I like. This whole experience wasting $54 and they can’t even replace a product they sell that they can probably get their money back on is such horse sh*t. Sorry not sorry. One defective vape, no biggie. 2 what the hell are you selling? And that policy? I literally just wasted $54 on defective product. There’s no sense in this what so ever. No hate towards the staff, love the store, but that’s a bs policy and I feel bad the staff has to follow that and get the brunt of it.

One if the best retailers I've ever been too, period. I've been coming here for years and the staff is always helpful and kind. They know their products, carefully source what they carry, and almost always cost less or the same as large online retailers.

Go here once a week, customer service is excellent! Been visiting the store for a year and always a great experience! I like the guy who makes his own t-shirt there, and the owner, always so nice and professional! Thanks for the sample today! Sorry always bad with the staffs names, maybe be pricey but it's worth it!
