What Kristin said. Kansas has outdated, irrelevant liquor laws. You can buy beer- and just recently full strength- but not wine or liquor. And only after noon on Sundays. There is a decent liquor store across the street, behind the Taco Bell

No. Kansas sells only beer at grocery locations. Has to be a liquor store to get wine on the Kansas side.
