Slowest service ever!
Was really sad that the help is not trained in multi tasking. The kids today are trained to take care of one customer at a time. You can do two things at once and do it well in that type of business. I know, I did it for years.
It's been terribly slow when I've been there, and the food has never been worth the wait. Tried that new "fresh" quarter pounder. There's no way that thing was freshly cooked, no matter how long I had to wait. Awful. I gave up on this location.
It depends on which supervisor is on duty. Some managers run a more efficient ship than the next.
5 people up front 1person working the register making coffee etc. One on window. Three watching. Last week 27 people in one hour walked out between 7 and 8 on Saturday morning.
possibly...2 drive thru windows one person working it..one window closed 6 people working up front no customers in line inside. this is right off the interstate.
Bought two meals (medium) and an additional double cheeseburger, and am additional filet of fish. I have seen some awful looking fast food in my lifetime, but this is both the worst I've ever seen as well as the laziest and most pathetically prepared ever. And not just for a MacDonalds, but for fast food period. The big Mac my daughter ordered had no lettuce, no sauce and had obviously been either sitting out for hours and hours or was something the employees found on the floor and decided to.use instead of taking the extra 8 steps to the drawer where the rest of the old burgers are kept. All of the food was prepared, or not prepared, in this exact same fashion.
There are 4 card pulled off and waiting for food I'm the 5th one. This McDonald's is getting worse and worse and worse
