Ever since they moved location it’s been horrible I Ordered my food at a decent time ,waited an hour and a half and called to find out what was going on with my order that I placed online for delivery because the carrie out was closed after 10 when I called I come to find out that there was an order place before mine for 28 pizzas at the time and this is the second time that I’ve had this issue where they use the same excuse saying that there were so many pizzas ordered that my order would not be delivered because of it, instead of calling me and letting me know that they where to busy for night so I could order from somewhere else for food cause at that point it was midnight and everything was closed . They where very rude and so was the manager kaitlyn .

Food is good. You are better off doing pick up because delivery is a mystery like VA weather. You don’t know when it’s coming or what exactly you will get or not get.

Absolutely horrid recent experience. It's been going down hill since they moved into this location, but this last time was completely asinine. 2 hours before the order was delivered. Pizza was under 97 degrees when it arrived. Delivery guy missed the drive and tore ruts in the ditch attempting to get out. Manager stated it would be well over an hour before he could attempt to remake it and was not concerned with the poor quality or service untill I asked for name and store number. If you enjoy getting rubbery pizza that needs reheated, this may be the store for you.
