I've been to better Bojangles. The food wasn't that hot and the service was super slow. I also didn't realize I had to specify I wanted bottled waters with a meal. I got water from the fountain drink machine.

I would give this place a zero but this wouldn't let me. Had the most horrible customer service ever! All employees looked miserable. The place was not very clean. They made us feel like we were bothering them when they took our order. The chicken was not hot and they got our drinks wrong. We truly regretted eating there. Felt like we threw our money away. The customer before us was upset and felt like we do. Never again. I Would not or will i ever recommend this place. Bojangles needs some serious customer service training for their employees.

Very short staff recently. Staff is friendly and handle the situation the best they could. I waited almost 50 minutes in the drive thru for our dinner. Didn't have anywhere else to be. But at the window they told me it would be another 4 minutes of waiting for the rest of my order. Ok is 4 more minutes for HOT Bo tato rounds at this point? Except 5 minutes later (a not issue) I received very cold food. Not warm but refrigerator cold. At that point, I was done. I understand they are short staffed. I didn't want to wait 50 minutes for food but I did. I certainly did not expect COLD food. Where was the franchise owner? How about the GM? Not there. Shame on them for the food quality. But you need to commend you staff for making the best of the situation. The staff... not management. ***UPDATE*** I left my concerns on the corporate customer service website and a week later I have heard nothing. That tells me 1 of 2 things. Either they have a poor customer service department or they have so many complaints they can't handle the volume. My original complaint was similar to above but was more directed at the staffs professional attitude after being berated my multiple customers.

Stopped for a late lunch. I'm a truck driver and there was plenty of room for my rig. The food was good. And Paul took care of us. He was very accommodating and that's not always easy with 2 women. Haha I would definitely go back and I wouldn't be disappointed if Paul was there again.

Store product orders are based on weekly average of customers....but no one can predict when averages go up because surprise bus loads show up!!. or because KFC runs out weekly, driving their customers to Bojangles!! It's just good chicken!!
