I use their mobile app, you know your order is right and you also see all the deals being ran and also exclusive deals.
They were probably short on employees, there has been lots of illness going around, perhaps they have had some call out. Having to wait longer than you hoped might be an inconvenience, but it is still better than having somebody sick preparing your food. Unfortunately people can only do so many things at once and go so fast. I order from here often and never had any issues, they have always been friendly, quick, and food has been perfect. So hopefully this is just an off week, we all have them.
