We booked a site by the river and well due to a unforseen situation, the host did what he could to still provide us a river site. The host was very friendly and helpful to us. I would recommend this campground and I am also looking at our schedule to hopefully get back to the campground and hopefully get the site I was originally assigned. If we could have gotten the original site and the weather not so cold, but hey we booked it for November and well it is just plain cold at that time of the year. I want to thank the host for going out of his way to accommodate us even though he was thrown a curve ball by someone that just stopped in for a night. Thanks again and hope to see y'all again soon.

The campsite is a beautiful setting. The neighbors are friendly. There was never anyone from the camp available though when you need them. The bathhouses were not cleaned the whole week we were there. The trash cans overflowed, we ran out of toilet paper and had to bring our own. Unless there is not another campsite available we will probably not return.

Nice level graveled pull thru site with concrete pad. Full hook-ups only 30$ nite for a week. Park was Well maintained, with big pet area, average bath house. Gas station at entrance with a small eatery serving breakfast and tex-mex style lunch. Most sites on river were full timers. Had lots of big RVs sites that were very close together. Catered to Mostly older folks so was very quiet and few kids. Pet friendly. 6 miles from Walmart.

We stayed here June 15 to July 12, 2017 Weather was absolutely wonderful we are from.Florida , so having it cool every day and some rain, hit the spot. Sites were small but being that everybody was mostly older it was very quiet. Shade and nice people. Worse drawback was I did not have cell service here. Had to drive 5 miles for service We will come back here. Love the Smokey mountains!
