Light mustard does not mean mustard on both sides of the burger ... light mustard does not mean that I can taste mustard with every bite instead of the cheese & burger ... LIGHT mustard means very little mustard ... one side only ... not visible!

Five Guys is a place of choice for folks who want burgers that drip down their arms, and requires soap and water to clean up. It sounds like you are a 'no mustard' customer who uses a knife and fork. Appreciate what this establishment does well or find another stop.
