The manager is rude....the employees are rude....the restaurant was dirty. Upper management needs to come in and totally get all new personal at this location. This particular Five Guys is horrible. It starts and ends with the manager.....or in this case lack of management. I've always been a two or three times a week customer but you couldn't pay me to patronize this location.

If you would like rude and disrespectful people to stare at you while you look at the menu then this is the place to go. Or if you want to call to speak to the manager Daryl while he berates you on the phone and let’s you know why you’re wrong before you even speak. Then this is the place you go to. Will be calling corporate to report this disgrace of a restaurant and lack of management. Daryl do your job and be a leader not just an as you said “aggressive individual” your exact words not mine.

Food was excellent. Fast service. The crew leader(manager) was very loud in talking to his employees, almost rude. They were working hard. I was embarrassed for them.

The food was perfect. It came fast and hot. I must compliment the incredible staff. I have only been to Five Guys a few times as there wasn't any near our former home. The staff at this Anderson, SC location were very friendly and incredibly professional. The restaurant was very clean. My very very picky husband has already requested a trip back. This never ever happens. Nicely done!
