Does anyone know if this Waterfall is only accessible by boat or can you actually hike to it?

The waterfall is visible from a boat out on the water, but it is back up on the mountain. You can hike through rocks to get to the bottom of the smaller parts of the waterfall (only small drops of a few feet), but the hike up to the big fall is rough in places. The HUGE rocks in the water are gorgeous!
