IDK, but if its the one that's next to Chick-fila, they are known to give good service@one time they had a host in the lobby. White collar shirt too.
I think it's the time of shift and staff there that's make these problem. Other than that lobby guy does excellent job in keeping lobby clean. They are bit slow but if the time allow I wait

Don't know about any disagreement between customer and employees but about the wait time I use the app and order and pay through it. Check in when you get there and follow instructions , they will call out the order number they give you in the app. Only took them a few minutes from when I ordered and got in the place. Only on still on Thornton since they closed the one in Wal Mart.
The wait was way too long and the service wasn't the best either but wanting to fight the customer is extreme!! My goodness!

I have always had great customer service at this particular location. Im not sure if there is a difference in the quality of customer service during other shifts.
