Yes they are allowed, there rules about having pets posted on a sign so make sure to follow those! Its a great area to walk dogs
Yes, but please follow the rules and keep your pets on a leash. :) My great dane is creeped out by the area for some reason, just fyi. And beware other (rude) visitors who don't follow the leash rules. ;-)
