If they're in great shape have them buy the junior ticket which is for the first 3 courses - they probably won't make it to #4 & #5 ;)
Not if they have any medical conditions, or are weak. If they are in great condition then it might be okay.
It is a little challenging and I'm 27 and pretty fit, if you are in good shape and can climb and all that you should be ok,
If they are physically fit. I am overweight and a bit out of shape, it was hard but rewarding. A man in front of .y kid and his wife were about 60s-70 and did great
There was a 76 year old woman on the course with us when we went. She made it through most of the third course but after a bit it got to be too much. She did a great job me and my daughter cheered her on the entire time. I always say challenge yourself but know your limits. There is plenty of staff there to help when you are in need.
