Disgusting place. Service was robotic... Had to ask a few times for what I needed. Plates and silverware dirty digusting old, had to drink soup with a teaspoon no crackers. Baby highchair was dirty and I asked for a wipe, the girl came with a dirty wet rag an wiped some of it off. In all that place should be closed until new management.

It is Easter and I've eaten at several Denny's around the state with great experience, EXCEPT THIS LOCATION. I came to this location for the first time because it is closer to my house. I arrived and first thing I noticed was how VERY filthy the windows of the front doors were. I entered and there was no fresh scent of the restaurant. The wait staff did not have the welcoming attitude. As I walk to my seat, the floor were dirty and I could hear myself every step. The wait staff scuffed their feet all around and can't even pick up their feet to walk. My waitress had to comment how workers did not show up. AS A GUEST, I DONT WANT TO HEAR THE PROBLEMS YOUR LOCATION IS HAVING. ITS A MANAGERS PROBLEMS WHICH WAS OVERFLOWING TO THE GUEST, ESPECIALLY WITH THE FOOD. I looked around the table for sugar for my coffee and the sugar holders had food residue caped on them that wasn't even cleaned off. I ordered my food which was the Cinnamon Roll Pancake Breakfast. I get my order and the first thing I notice was how small the pancakes were, but LORD JESUS, the amount of cream cheese that was squeezed on top of the pancakes. I had 3/4 icing and 1/4 pancakes which was exactly how it tasted, which I was only able to eat half of them. The pancakes were SO thin. I asked for ketchup for my potatoes, which there were non on my table. Waitress went to 2 nearby tables and the 2 bottles of ketchup were almost completely empty, but let's just put them on my table and then state I'll get a new one. The used bottles had ketchup visible around the lid and not wiped off. The new bottle was slapped down on my table and I went to use it, BUT THE BOTTLE WAS EVEN OPENED. I couldn't even wait to leave. The atmosphere was not inviting, especially for the day being Easter. I work in a restaurant and a guest experience is so important. It seems that the management at this location does not pay attention to details and make sure the employees complete cleanup duties all around (doors, windows, floors, tables, condiments, holders, etc.). I was afraid to go to the bathrooms. Hope other guests to this location have a better experience and able to enjoy the holiday and family gathering.

Do you not know what Denny's that he is talking about but the Denny's I was at was very very clean all employees was very nice and polite manager came over and it has those words everything okay very clean great breakfast
Yes, you receive the same service poor and then say Happy Birthday.
Dennyβs restaurants are open 365 days a year. Contact the Dennyβs location to confirm their hours.
They usually do but I would call ahead to find out.
As far as the Cortez Denny's, even if you got your food for free, it wouldn't be worth the poor service. Every review site says the same thing for years now. And I go back every 6 months or so to give them a chance but they let me down every time. The last time I stood near the door waiting to be seated in their almost empty restaurant for 15 minutes then walked out and went 1/4 mile up the road to Bob Evans.
