Ordered a pizza for delivery. Supposed to arrive in 48-58 minutes. 65 minutes later no pizza. I called the store and then got put on hold for 4 minutes. They finally pickup and I asked them what the holdup is. No answer except the driver is here to pickup pizza and deliver. I ask them if it will be hot when it arrives, oh yes because we just put it in the oven. Don't promise a delivery time and then not meet that time frame. Likely, the last time I will order from Papa Johns. Person that I spoke with could use some training on customer service skills.

The Worst pizza place this is the second time I have gotten a nasty attitude from them and I was being polite! Until her attitude changed! I called because the 1st time I order from them it took 2 hours and the lady told me they could change it to me picking it up! Really upsetting!

Ordered food around 9:45. Called around 10:30 said the food was still being prepared and was going to be on the way. Food never showed up. Never said anything. Didn't give money back. Didn't let us know they canceled the order. Nothing now. I got to call the next day cuz they're closed just to get my refund. Do not order from here. They still haven't fixed anything, definitely need better management and employees

Placed order online like I always do. Dude was sitting on his phone when I arrived. I came back for the same thing I always get and asked for extra dipping sauce as I always do. Asked if it was in the box when I was inside the store and I was assured that it was (it has always been there before) and I come home to see that it wasn’t. I like your sauce, that’s why I ordered an extra. This store is usually perfect but I guess the guy that’s always been there in charge of the night shifts didn’t actually check the box. Sad because this place is usually perfect but forreal bro. Not cool. I paid extra for a reason. Open the box next time. Not that hard. I never go to their competitors for a reason. Nothing on Papa Johns, but just on laziness of the night manager this time.
