I wasn't one of the gentlemen, but my drink often comes before the people ahead of me. If your order was a frap or latte it takes longer than a straight coffee or straight espresso. They're usually good at this location. I'd mention it to the manager to give her an opportunity to make it right...
Im a barista at a different Starbucks. It happens. When we start the person's in front (yours), in the mean time we start the other people's too. If theirs is easier to finish while yours is still being made, they get theirs first while yours is still being made. Its nothing personal, it's in the rules of making drinks to save the most time when finishing drinks. We are instructed to multitask.
