Very bad experience with attempting to cancel. After I went into the club and cancelled I moved and then started getting payments taken out still. I called and talked with the club to try and figure it out it how to stop the payments. They didn’t help and payments were taken out for many months still. I ended up talking with corporate and they cancelled but won’t give a refund. Hundreds of dollars wasted and I haven’t used their gym in a year. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The facility is always clean and well presented. The staff is always helpful and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I had an issue with a piece of equipment. Cam, at the front desk, was very eager to help. He quickly resolved the issue. Thank you LA team for such a pleasurable experience.

Would highly recommend this facility! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the general manager Dallas. The gym has a good amount of equipment and weights, and everything was well maintained and clean. I felt super welcomed and will definitely go back to this gym anytime I'm in the area!
