I have a credit at this store and I’m not getting no service I think I’m talking to the person who was rude with me the last time if I go to google and ask what store is close this is my closest store and she put me on hold for a long time

I was put on hold for a long time. I paid for CinnBons and they wasn't in my order. When i got tired of holding I rode up there. 2 min away they finally came on and stated they didn't have any defrosted. Im like ok I still want them, they took me around in a circle. Matter of fact let me go check my bank to make sure i wasn't charged for them. They could've easily gave a credit since they messed up, but i guess that was too hard for them.

They were rude to me last week too and the pizza was horrible
