Believe this is the right location that I had an issue with, it was a delivery took 2 ina half hours cause of car problems for their delivery driver which I was fine with besides you could tell my food had been sitting somewhere for that entire duration and wasn’t remade when they were finally able to deliver it. Showed up cold and soggy and just gross. Management told me they would put a credit in for me at the location closer to where I was moving and they did not. Disappointing situation but even more disappointing at the lack of care afterwards

Pizza took almost 2 hours to get here. 0 updates on the tracking app so much so I had to call the store and ask why it still said 45 mins after I ordered that they werent even preparing yet (maybe a website issue). Manager was very friendly and helpful. But then after another hour of waiting with no update I decided to just check outside cause I had a weird feeling and yupppp my food had been sitting out there for 30 mins in the cold. I did elect "leave at my door" but if that is the case and you dont knock you should notify me in some way my food is here. Food was super cold basically tasted like leftovers. I want to believe that this was a website issue cause I have never had an issue with this store in the past.

Delivery driver was great and prompt. Pizza did not taste the same and was not as tastfull as it usually is. Seems like something has changed.

Ordered on app for curbside service. Arrived per app pizza ready. I texted Hut as sign said on door. Waited 15 minutes no one in site. Called number on door. Finally rep picked up took forever to check status then told me he sent a message to remind them I was there. 10 more minutes and no pizza. I finally have to get out of my car and go inside and get my pizza. Needless to say the pizza was not fresh as it sat for 30 minutes before I got it. The cinnamon rolls were cold and gluey. The bread sticks were hard as a rock and no marinara sauce. Needless to say very unhappy and not worth my 30 dollars.
