Taco Bell locations are franchises. Meaning there is an overhead corporate "taco bell" but each store is individually owned and operated. They have to stay in certain guidelines, but prices and participation in deals, and new foods, differ by store due to this individual operation.
The Valrico location is a franchise and not a corporate store. It's owned and operated by Coastal QSR. The newer Taco Bell down SR 60 is a corporate store and you will notice their prices are lower on many items.
Thank you for clarifying the price difference at franchise stores. Too bad prices quoted on line are not valid.
