I went in for my free birthday sub. The employees were unmanaged and were too busy watching the cartoon that they had on the tv. Not once was I asked what I wanted on my sandwich he just called my name when it was done. Yes it was free I could have gone to a different one, but any other sub place you go to they ask what you want on the sandwich before fixing it. I could have been allergic to something they put on there.

They did great. I have had such a series of bad experiences at the Firehouse on Brandon Blvd, I was very pleased to find a firehouse that actually does it’s job well. Thank you!

I shouldnt eat dairy or wheat. They walked me through the menu to pick out something i could eat there. i got a regular sandwhich shop now.

Walked in 20 minutes before closing only to be greeted like I ruined an early escape party. All the employees had air pods in one ear and were yelling, when the other person was only a few feet away. As I was leaving, the leader on duty said “I’m not doing this anymore, lock the door behind him” and there is still 10 minutes left until close.. Very unprofessional and does not make me feel like a valued customer.
