Yes, went here last Friday and they were very active. So much more to do here as well besides just see the manatees

Yes, they'll be around until the local waters hit at least 68 degrees. Early is better for a good experience!

Yes, there are many present in the water as well as other active sea life. My kids had a blast!

Normally November through April you can see them.
