There is a lot of walking and they have wheelchairs for you to use. The staff are excellent in helping. The attendant in the parking area will get the wheelchair for you. The whole area is handicap accessible.

You don't have too walk far to get to the first viewing deck as it is close to the store and cafe. The parking lot is right by these buildings

There is not a LOT of walking, but the walking to the viewing pier is a series of ramps. I did not see a lift, although you can call and ask.

There are handicap parking spots close to the entrance. You should be able to see manatees without having to walk too much.
